Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in scheduling or planning support.
- Working knowledge of SAP and/or Ariba procurement systems.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and supplier communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with operations, maintenance, and finance teams.
- Basic understanding of procurement contracts and cost-saving principles.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the development and review of long-term supply plans, ensuring accurate data inputs and alignment with demand forecasts
- Executes mid-/long-term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans for the region
- Monitors and reports on supply network constraints and under-utilizations, providing detailed data and recommendations to the SC team
- Assists in reviewing inventory policies, tracking slow-movers, and monitoring obsolete stock to support efficient inventory management
- Helps identify Finished Goods requirements and prepares allocation proposals based on business priorities and market needs
- Provides detailed inputs and reports for regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP), ensuring alignment with regional supply and demand
- Works closely with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning teams to ensure supply availability and resolve supply-related issues
- Participates in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply planning efficiency and accuracy
