Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: Clorox is on a transformation journey to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its integrated business planning (IBP) processes with the objective of enhancing Clorox’s ability to provide a complete, unbiased, and objective understanding of how integrated planning actions impact BU financial health and the business as a whole. As part of this transformation journey, Clorox is piloting its new IBP capabilities. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can help drive the enhancement of Clorox’s IBP capabilities and help build Clorox’s IBP capability for the future. This role will serve as a core part of the IBP team within the BU and be a lynchpin for project success. In this role, you will: Network Planning Inventory policy: Defines inventory policy and working capital requirements and manages E2E demand to capacity plans (3-24 months), performing rough cut capacity planning (RCCP) for LEDP and multiple ongoing scenarios, including deep-dive root cause and simulation analysis in line with BU IBP priorities Item lifecycle / portfolio mgmt.: Incorporate product changes (e.g. new / discontinued items) into inventory policy and capacity plan for the network Supply scenario framing: Defines demand scenario capacity needs and supply sufficiency, highlighting risks, opportunities, capacity and volume tradeoffs, and P&L implications inherent in supply plan Narrative crafting: Owns development of the supply plan narrative with guidance from IBP lead Long term supply sufficiency Long-term plan monitoring: Actively monitors and adjusts constraints throughout progression of IBP planning cycle (3-24 months) to ensure an accurate "single plan" Plan performance: Monitors and reports on key performance metrics and periodically review plan performance, sources of error, and deviations and recommend appropriate corrective actions Supply constraint assessment & debottlenecking: Assesses long-term network bottlenecks and provides options to resolve (e.g. capacity, inventory policy, network design etc.) Cross-functional collaboration S&OE trend recognition: Maintains close contact with S&OE mgr. to understand impact of short-term issues into longer term supply plan assumptions Supply Chain primary POC on long term planning: Acts as the primary POC on the IBP process for the BU Supply Chain Squad, incl. sourcing, make, logistics, and supply chain services Proactive cross-functional communication / collaboration: Proactively communicates cross-functionally (e.g. with Sales, Marketing, and Finance) to understand key supply plan inputs (e.g. marketing activity req's, product promos, portfolio mgmt. decisions etc) to improve quality of and interpretation of supply plans Community of practice: Actively foster and contribute to a community of like practitioners Business budgeting Business budget: Ultimate responsible for assumptions and the business budget process incl. developing sourcing plans, inventory targets, and plant production targets and warehousing / dist. requirements for each financial budgeting cycle #LI-Hybrid

Requirements

  • Building inventory strategies.

  • Proactively identifying and solving supply bottlenecks.
  • Customer & Supply Chain Operations: Knowledge of customer demand drivers and supply chain network management.

  • Adaptability: Ability to prioritize, work quickly, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Skilled in cross-functional networking, influencing without authority, and leading a team of up to 5 individuals.

Responsibilities
