ADMIN IT - Network Specialist
About The Position

Legacy Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Network Specialist to join our team in Admin. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting individuals and families throughout South Georgia with compassionate, high-quality behavioral health services. The Network Specialist will be responsible for providing advanced technical support, network administration, and IT operations management across all agency sites. This role combines end-user support, server and network administration, IT security, and telecommunication systems oversight. The position requires independent work, problem-solving, and proactive recommendations to ensure optimal IT performance, system reliability, and security.
Requirements
- 4 years of verifiable IT experience, including networking and infrastructure management.
- Experience in end-user support and customer service.
- Current Georgia driver’s license with no more than 5 points.
- Ability to install, configure, and support PC and LAN hardware and software.
Nice To Haves
- Associate of Science in Information Technology (IT) or pursuing a degree in IT or related field.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), preferably AVATAR.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, servers, telecommunication systems, and IT security protocols.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
