As a Network Planning Consultant, you’ll take a leading role in managing and executing post‑publication schedule and capacity changes that shape Southwest’s network from days to months ahead. You’ll oversee multiple schedules at once, balancing commercial opportunities with operational constraints to deliver high‑quality, efficient revisions—while also playing a key role in growing the Special Event Extra Section portfolio. Partnering closely with Teams across Network Planning, Revenue Management, Operations, Crew Planning, and Ground Operations, you’ll drive complex schedule decisions, advocate for new tools and insights, and help improve how we plan and optimize the network. As a strong day‑one contributor, you’ll mentor junior Team Members, represent the Team to external partners, and bring innovative thinking, clear storytelling, and business acumen to highly visible work that directly impacts revenue, profitability, and the Customer Experience.
