About The Position

In this role, you'll lead teams responsible for real-time monitoring, rapid incident response, and ongoing optimization, ensuring the network remains reliable, resilient, and ready to support vital mission operations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Information Technology or Networking.
  • Eight (8)+ years of network operations experience with three (3)+ years in lead roles.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; CCNP or equivalent.
  • Advanced network design, routing, and security knowledge (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for high-tempo operations.

Nice To Haves

  • CCIE or DoD Cyber Ops certification.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC) and incident escalations.
  • Implement network policies aligned with ZTA and RMF controls.
  • Coordinate patch management and system hardening activities.
  • Analyze network performance metrics and capacity planning data.
  • Supervise network engineers and technicians across multiple sites.
  • Integrate AI/ML tools for anomaly detection and predictive maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with DISA STIGs and DoDIN policies.
  • Develop continuity of operations (COOP) plans for critical network nodes.
