Manage NOC operations, ensuring continuous monitoring and support for network and server environments. Lead and mentor NOC staff, fostering technical excellence and accountability. Oversee configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of 500+ network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, fiber connectivity). Manage virtual server environments for high availability and performance. Develop operational processes, escalation procedures, and incident response plans aligned with ITIL best practices. Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors for network upgrades, fiber deployments, and infrastructure projects. Provide program-level oversight for IT networking and fiber initiatives, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management. Prepare executive-level reports, KPIs, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Travel to the client site in Sacramento, CA may be required on an as-requested basis
