About The Position

We are looking for a Network Manager who: Manages network administration and support operations for a business area or customer, including supervising assigned professional and support staff. Supervises and provides guidance to a team ensuring work quality and completion of projects and task. Drives completion of projects and task by identifying challenges and finding ways remove impediments. Works with customers, other teams and vendors to ensure team success. Manage completion of projects, changes request and incident resolution ensuring availability of services for the customer and its users. Provide critical analysis of current solutions and solution recommendations to identify right sized solutions that provide security, redundancy and fault tolerance. Extensive knowledge of company policies, processes, and procedures - Understanding of company strategic goals and how they align to business operations. Keeps well-informed of new technologies and industry best practices and trends Education: Bachelor of Science degree; OR in lieu of degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Possess Q or TS level clearance (or their equivalency) with the ability to obtain a Q level clearance
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain such clearance as a condition of employment
  • Effective administrative and organizational skills
  • Effective people management skills
  • 10+ years of related professional work experience
  • CCNA
  • Demonstrated experience in Network Design and Engineering
  • Demonstrated experience in Performance and Capacity Management
  • Demonstrated experience in Incident Isolation
  • Demonstrated experience in Network Monitoring
  • Demonstrated experience in Network Configuration Management
