Supervises and provides guidance to a team ensuring work quality and completion of projects and task. Drives completion of projects and task by identifying challenges and finding ways remove impediments. Works with customers, other teams and vendors to ensure team success. Manage completion of projects, changes request and incident resolution ensuring availability of services for the customer and its users. Provide critical analysis of current solutions and solution recommendations to identify right sized solutions that provide security, redundancy and fault tolerance. Extensive knowledge of company policies, processes, and procedures - Understanding of company strategic goals and how they align to business operations. Keeps well-informed of new technologies and industry best practices and trends

Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree; OR in lieu of degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required
10+ years of related professional work experience
Demonstrated experience in Network Design and Engineering
Demonstrated experience in Performance and Capacity Management
Demonstrated experience in Incident Isolation
Demonstrated experience in Network Monitoring
