About The Position

We are seeking a collaborative and visionary Network Manager to join our IT leadership team, reporting to the Director of Infrastructure, to drive our enterprise networking strategy. This pivotal role ensures our network infrastructure is secure, scalable, and optimized to support our organization’s goals. As a hands-on leader with at least 3 years of experience leading teams, you will guide a high-performing network engineering team, partner with business and development teams to align network solutions with organizational needs, and step in for technical tasks when required. This high-impact role shapes the resilience, agility, and future-readiness of our IT operations through innovative network management. As Network Manager, you will be a collaborative leader who builds a high-performing network engineering team, partners with business and development teams, and ensures our network infrastructure is secure, scalable, and reliable.
