As our Network Manager, you are the architect and the guardian. You’ll lead the charge in designing, securing, and optimizing the vital LAN/WAN systems that keep our members connected. From high-level strategic planning to the satisfaction of a clean cable run, you’ll own the environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field.
At least 3 years of heavy-hitting IT experience.
Deep knowledge of LAN/WAN, VMware, Windows/Linux servers, and Active Directory.
You have an eye for detail, a commitment to "off-business hours" reliability when it counts, and a professional presence that inspires confidence.

Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor our network staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Design and maintain the entire LAN/WAN ecosystem—switches, routers, firewalls, and beyond.
Take the reins of our VMware, SAN, Google Workspace, and GCP administration.
Implement Zero Trust, NAC, and IDS/IPS to keep our data locked down and our members safe.
Lead IT initiatives for new branch builds, from the first strand of copper to the final hardware install.
Manage vendor relationships and budgets to ensure we stay on the cutting edge of fintech.
