About The Position
In this role, you will help ensure seamless operations by managing provider data, coordinating with health plans, and assisting with special projects. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining efficiency and continuity within our network.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and data entry abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, basic medical terminology, and data entry.
Responsibilities
- Manage provider data and credentialing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support Health Plan / HPN Projects, assisting with provider enrollments, updates, and assignments.
- Handle various special projects related to health plan IDs and operational improvements.
- Utilize Excel for data entry and tracking, ensuring timely updates and accurate reporting.
- Assist with employment verifications and audits as needed.
