About The Position

As Assistant Vice President, you will be an integral part of the Americas Network Management and Correspondent Banking team. This role involves close collaboration with strategic sub custody relationships within global custody services, focusing on operational excellence, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. You will also be responsible for providing data on the Balance of Trade between agents and State Street. This position is within the Institutional Services function, which aims to deliver a comprehensive and holistic approach to client relationships for asset managers, asset owners, insurance companies, and official institutions globally. The role emphasizes working collaboratively across client-facing functions to provide the best solutions and services.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with key custody vendors, including sub custodians and central securities depositories.
  • Support network management expense budget and requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to executive-level service briefings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely end to end invoice processing across complex custody arrangements.
  • Resolve billing exceptions and support audit readiness efforts.
  • Collaborate with operations and technology teams to enhance billing systems and reporting capabilities.
  • Oversee the sub custody invoice process and team.
  • Mentor junior staff members and contribute to talent development.
