About The Position

As Assistant Vice President you will be part of the Americas Network Management and Correspondent Banking team. You will work closely with strategic sub custody relationships across global custody services, supporting operational excellence, financial performance, and regulatory alignment. You will play a role in providing data on the Balance of Trade between agents and State Street. You will be joining the Institutional Services function that allows us to deliver a comprehensive, holistic approach to each client relationship — for asset managers and asset owners, insurance companies, and official institutions globally. It means our client-facing functions work together to bring the very best solutions and services the firm has to offer — across all of our locations, products, and capabilities. Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with sub custodian expense process and Out of Pocket Processing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with key custody vendors, including sub custodians and central securities depositories.
  • Support network management expense budget and requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to executive-level service briefings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely end to end invoice processing across complex custody arrangements.
  • Resolve billing exceptions and support audit readiness efforts.
  • Collaborate with operations and technology teams to enhance billing systems and reporting capabilities.
  • Oversee the sub custody invoice process and team.
