Responsibilities
- Maintain and perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of network uptime of the client is 100%.
- Handle incidents & provide root cause analysis while adhering to SLA processes.
- Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access.
- Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses.
- May assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.
- All of the above duties will be performed using Switching, Routing, Firewall, & Wireless.
