Network / Infrastructure Project Manager
About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Junior to Mid-Level IT Project Manager to support network and infrastructure projects across a diverse real estate portfolio. This role focuses on coordinating the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems-including network setups, low-voltage infrastructure, security systems, and site readiness-for new developments, acquisitions, renovations, and operational facilities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and can translate technical requirements into actionable plans for cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in IT project management or technical coordination roles
- Foundational understanding of network technologies (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, cabling, switches, firewalls)
- Experience supporting infrastructure deployments, ideally across multiple sites
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar)
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and network deployment projects for new and existing properties
- Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, budgets, and risks across multiple stakeholders
- Maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for leadership and partners
- Ensure projects meet timelines during real estate site build-outs, transitions, and openings
- Oversee installation and configuration activities for network hardware, cabling, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, firewalls, switches, and other infrastructure equipment
- Partner with vendors, low-voltage contractors, telco providers, and internal technical teams to ensure readiness and quality
- Support provisioning of internet services and telecom circuits, including order tracking and issue resolution
- Facilitate site surveys, infrastructure assessments, and cutover planning
- Collaborate with real estate, construction, operations, and facilities teams to align IT requirements with project plans
- Work closely with external installers, ISPs, and technology partners to track milestones and manage deliverables
