Our National Security Team supports the intelligence community, providing, operating, and assuring critical voice, video and collaboration services for the full spectrum of operations. AT&T has an opening for a Network Implementation Engineering Lead to support the Intelligence Sector. This position is responsible for the delivery and implementation of customer network requirements within the constraints of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and the contract. These customer requirements cover all segments of the customer enterprise infrastructure to include CAN/LAN, wide area networks, and cybersecurity related infrastructure. Job Duties/Responsibilities: This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Responsible for the overall health and wellness of the workforce in your area of responsibility Oversee daily operations and set performance objectives for the network engineering team. Ensure mapping of resources, activities, and manage as per timelines and budget constraints. Secure long-term client relationships by maintaining effective customer relations Ensuring internal standards and procedures are followed. Ability to operate in a demanding and fast-paced environment. Interpret customer requirements and apply standard network design approaches for service delivery into the operational baseline. Fully document network designs with diagrams, bill of materials, cabling sheets, configurations, and other supporting documents. Provide technical expertise to network engineers and technicians. Solve tough problems with innovative and scalable solutions. Develop secure network designs including configurations that align with Defense Information Security Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and enterprise policies. Provide Tier III level incident management support to subordinate TII network teams.
