Our client is seeking a Network Engineering Support professional who will be trained in provisioning while handling essential administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive day-to-day operational support for network systems
• Gather requirements from subject matter experts
• Perform research and analysis, including quantitative and qualitative assessments
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency or automation integration
• Assist and collaborate with various levels of staff to accomplish tasks, assignments, and projects
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions, placing member service as a priority
