About The Position

Are you energized by designing, maintaining, and improving IT infrastructure while supporting employees across an organization? If so, NADA is looking for a Network Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for user-level IT questions and the lead architect of our day-to-day system health. You’ll ensure the optimal running of all networks, proactively manage security protocols, and provide excellent technical support to ensure our organization stays connected and secure. This is a full-time, onsite position with a collaborative culture, competitive salary, and excellent benefits. Duties require occasional travel (up to 5%).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant work experience in network engineering, systems administration, or advanced help desk support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop/Server and Microsoft 365 Cloud Environments (Exchange Online, Teams Phone).
  • Experience with On-Prem/Azure Entra ID and Macintosh Client Environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Network/Firewall configuration and cybersecurity detection tools (DarkTrace).
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage the NADA network, systems, and security including patches, updates, upgrades, and capacity management.
  • Provide first and second-level help desk support for computer hardware, software, databases, and printers.
  • Monitor network and systems for performance and security using tools like DarkTrace; manage On-Prem/Azure Entra ID and firewall configurations.
  • Lead the onboarding/offboarding process, including configuring and deploying desktops, laptops, and providing necessary user training.
  • Manage hardware and software inventory; handle procurement of client hardware and work with vendors to resolve equipment issues.
  • Support audio-visual (AV) needs in conference rooms and meetings, ensuring seamless connectivity for Microsoft Teams and Barco Clickshare technologies.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and adhere to corporate IT Help Desk procedures.
