You Are You’re a network technologist with foundational routing/switching and firewall skills. You like packets, logs, and clean topologies; you’re disciplined about change control and documentation, and eager to learn automation. The Work Support data centre or cloud networks across routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, and load balancing. Provision VLANs/VXLANs, ACLs, NAT, and segmentation; maintain DNS/DHCP/IPAM records. Assist with SDN overlays and private cloud networking (VPC/VNet, security groups, network policies). Monitor performance and availability; troubleshoot latency, packet loss, and asymmetric routing. Implement change windows following ITIL practices; maintain diagrams and configuration baselines. Apply Zero Trust-aligned patterns; integrate with identity-based controls and logging. Ability to work shifts/on-call; comfort working on-site in high-security environments. Travel may be required based on client demand. Accenture promotes a client-centric, flexible work environment.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in network operations/support.
  • Knowledge of L2/L3, DNS, VPN, firewalls, and load balancing.
  • Familiarity with Cisco/Arista/Juniper or Fortinet/Palo Alto platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • Eligibility for Reliability Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • CCNA or equivalent.
  • Network automation exposure (Python/Ansible, APIs).
  • Bilingual (English/French).
