About The Position

We're seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our dynamic team, supporting our government customer in driving innovation, efficiency, and security in the rapidly evolving landscape of government mission and business information technology. Job Summary: We're looking for a talented Network Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance, security, and reliability of our customer's network infrastructure. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting network configuration management, system health monitoring, optimization, troubleshooting, and lifecycle sustainment. Your expertise will help drive mission alignment and support the success of our government customer.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience conducting network engineering, with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category (i.e., Network Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Information Technology & Science, or related degrees) from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education

Nice To Haves

  • Intelligence Community experience preferred.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ certifications, as well as vendor specific certifications (e.g. Cisco, Juniper, SolarWinds, Wireshark) are desired.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct network configuration management to ensure optimal system performance
  • Provide system health monitoring and address system optimization needs
  • Perform troubleshooting and resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide lifecycle sustainment and support management of lifecycle for mission alignment
  • Provide system optimization and capacity planning expertise
