About The Position

We are seeking a skilled IT Network Engineer to work as part of our team in our Nashville location. This position is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with network infrastructure, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions. Ideal candidate will have a strong background in key technology areas such as Microsoft, Networking, Server Systems, Firewalls, Hosting, and application/system upgrades/migrations.

Requirements

  • Strong Communication: Ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audience.
  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Skilled in diagnosing and resolving complex IT and network issues.
  • Network infrastructure: Proficient in cable testing, terminations, fiber basics, managed switches, Wi-FI, firewalls and VPN's.
  • System Administration: Experience with Windows Server provisioning, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS and desktop deployment.
  • Managed switch setup, configuration, deployment and troubleshooting.
  • VPN Configuration and management.
  • Strong experience in MS365 User setup, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Security Score review and management.
  • Experience in on-premises to cloud and cloud-cloud migrations are a definite plus.
  • Active Directory
  • M365 experience in user set up, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS security
  • DNS management with domain service
  • Firewall setup, deployment, management, and troubleshooting
  • Application and system upgrades/migrations
  • Virtual environments (Hyper V and/or VMware
  • Access points
  • VPN Configuration and management
  • Windows server migration
  • Public and Private cloud migration

Responsibilities

  • Implement, and support IT solutions across various platforms, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Provide daily hands on support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues.
  • Respond to and resolve end user network incidents and service requests in real time.
  • Collaborate with our team and our clients to design and implement solutions.
  • Work closely with team and clients to provide technical guidance and ensure successful project implementation.
