About The Position
Steele Solutions, Inc. is the nation's leading designer and manufacturer of steel work platforms and mezzanines. We are seeking a Network Engineer to support our operations! Steele Solutions is hiring a Network Engineer to manage and support our enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and security systems. Youll deploy and maintain network hardware, troubleshoot issues, and ensure secure, reliable connectivity.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience with Cisco/Aruba switches, routing, wireless, SD-WAN
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Cisco CCNP or equivalent preferred
- Experience with VMware and Windows Server is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize network solutions
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance
- Install and support routers, switches, SD-WAN, wireless, and firewalls
- Enforce network security policies
- Collaborate with vendors and IT teams
- Provide training and participate in on-call rotation
- Occasional travel for remote support
