Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a Network Engineer (consulting experience a plus)
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities and hands-on technical expertise
  • Desire to pursue certifications and stay ahead of emerging technologies
  • Willingness to work at various client locations

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure using industry best practices
  • Manage installation and support of servers, PCs, and software at client sites
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless connectivity
  • Establish rapport with clients and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and mentor junior Network Engineers
  • Document solutions and maintain clear, accurate records
