AT&T is seeking motivated recent graduates for our Technology Development Program, a 36-month project-based rotational experience across four tracks. Participants will work on impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain broad technical skills to accelerate their technology careers. We’re looking for individuals with a passion for technology eager to innovate and grow. What you’ll do: · Network Engineer: Join a mission-critical team planning, building, and operating advanced wireless and fiber networks. Impact voice, video, and data solutions as we move toward automated networks. Work on 5G, fiber design, and innovative projects with technical and leadership growth opportunities. This role requires skills in data analysis, programming, automation, financial insight, communication, and leadership. Use AI/ML to enhance network performance, optimize operations, and drive data-informed decisions. We seek forward-thinking engineers who turn insights into action to advance AT&T’s future.

Requirements

  • Ability to work on-site at least 5 days per week at the specified office locations.
