About The Position

We are seeking Network Development Engineersto design and build scalable automation systems for deploying, managing, and operating large-scale AI network fabrics. This role blends networking expertise with software engineering and CI/CD discipline.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Python, Go, or Rust
• Expertise in Automation and related tooling
• Ansible for idempotent configuration management
• NetBox or equivalent source-of-truth systems
• Pub/Sub systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, etc.)
• CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
• Zero Touch Provisioning
• Experience with scale-up and scale-out architectures
• Experience managing very large Ethernet fabrics
• Experience with large edge and ingress networks
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Multi-Vendor Experience (Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Whitebox)
• NOS Experience (Junos, IOS/IOS-XE, NX-OS, EOS, SONiC)

Nice To Haves

• 100G+ environments
• AI, GPU, or HPC exposure

Responsibilities

• Design automation for network deployment and lifecycle management
• Design and Build Custom Fabric Management Applications
• Integrate NetBox as a source of truth
• Build validation, testing, and reconciliation workflows
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for network changes
• Support large-scale Ethernet fabric growth
