About The Position

We’re looking for a Network Engineer to help design, build, and fine-tune the backbone of our mission-critical systems. Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security Systems Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university and six (6) years of relevant professional Network Engineering experience or, Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of experience. Candidates without a Bachelors or Masters Degree will be considered on a case by case basis and will require 12 or more years of hands-on Network Engineering experience.
  • An Information Assurance Technical (IAT) level I baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01-M is required.
  • Solid grasp of secure network design, configuration, and maintenance
  • Experience with performance monitoring tools and data analysis
  • Ability to optimize complex systems for speed and reliability
  • IAT Level I certification (DoD 8570.01-M compliant)
  • Clearance Requirement – Active TS/SCI with polygraph

  • Experience in classified or mission-critical environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale architecture and secure communications

Responsibilities

  • Architect and deploy secure, high-performance network solutions
  • Keep our LANs running smoothly with hands-on administration and troubleshooting
  • Monitor and optimize dataflow to reduce latency and boost throughput
  • Capture and analyze network performance data to drive improvements
  • Configure and integrate front-end and back-end systems for seamless communication
  • Collaborate on mission-driven network designs and architecture
  • Translate performance metrics into actionable system requirements
