Stefanini is looking for a Network Engineer, Dearborn, MI (Onsite) For quick apply, please reach out Parul Singh at 248-582-6481/ [email protected] We are seeking a Network Operations (NetOps) Engineer is responsible for the operation and maintenance of global network infrastructure (datacenters, network hubs/colos, manufacturing plants, office buildings, etc.). This includes Wireless, Local Area Network (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Software Defined Networks, Policy/Security Controls, etc. This position is for a Customer Network Analyst (CNA), a NetOps team member.

Requirements

• 5 years' hands-on experience in design and operation of Cisco LAN/WAN/Wireless networks in a large enterprise environment
• Sound understanding of Cisco infrastructure architecture (network, storage, and hosting)
• Tier-2/3 support experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment
• Advanced level troubleshooting skills in Cisco routers, switches, wireless, SDWAN and SD-Access
• Problem-solver mindset with a passion for learning new technologies; skilled in grasping the big picture, conceptualizing, developing, and implementing solutions, and partnering closely with business leaders and IT business towers
• Experience managing large global network infrastructure projects

• Comfortable leading troubleshooting bridges with customers and vendors

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation skills to develop knowledge-based articles for the adoption of new technologies in NetOps.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the performance of global network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and wireless systems.
• Respond to network incidents, performing root cause analysis and ensuring swift restoration of services.
• Assist in configuring and managing Software Defined Networks and enforce security policies across the network.
• Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries, collaborating to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations and generate performance reports for management review.
