About your role: As a Network Engineering - Sr Advisor I, you will be instrumental in architecting, managing, and improving our network infrastructure to ensure robustness and scalability. Your advanced expertise will be crucial in driving efficiency and reliability across our network solutions. You will collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals to implement cutting-edge network technologies and drive innovation within our infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in network engineering or related fields
  • 4+ years of VXLAN and SDWAN experience
  • 4+ years of experience with network infrastructure solutions like Cisco, Arista, Versa
  • 4+ years of experience with automation tools
  • 8+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Network certs preferred (Cisco CCNP, CCIE), Arista, Elisity

Responsibilities

  • Work with various customers and stakeholders to engineer WAN, LAN and WLAN solutions and troubleshoot incidents until resolved.
  • Develop and implement network management procedures and policies.
  • Evaluate and integrate new network technologies.
  • Work with various customers and stakeholders to engineer WAN, LAN and WLAN solutions and troubleshoot incidents until resolved.
  • Network design, setup and deployment experience including writing design documents, Create IPlans and Patching Matrix, MOP Monitor network performance and capacity to proactively address issues.
  • Enabling Zero Trust with Elisity Network Segmentation and Zscaler.
  • Document network designs and Office 365, Create diagrams using Draw.io, and use collaboration tools to engage on calls and to store documents (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
