About The Position

Leads the design and delivery of complex, enterprise-wide network and systems solutions across data centers, WAN, campus environments, and cloud platforms, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and patterns. Performs advanced capacity planning, optimization, and troubleshooting; drives consistency in engineering quality through standards development, architectural recommendations, and resolution of severe incidents, while incorporating automation and AI-driven analytics for proactive performance management. Mentors junior engineers and technical teams, providing guidance on best practices and advanced architectures while fostering innovation and operational excellence across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4 years related work experience
  • Advanced proficiency in routing protocols, QoS strategies, and high-availability techniques, with deep expertise in redundancy technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of IPSec, load balancing, and wireless design principles, coupled with the ability to troubleshoot across multiple network domains.
  • Demonstrated experience resolving complex multi-site networking issues through systematic analysis and advanced diagnostic methods.
  • Certification Required: Cisco CCNP Complete or two CWNP Professional Certs or Infoblox NIOS DDI Administrator (INA) or F5 CTS – DNS, ASM, APM Specializations or AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate or more advanced certifications

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 7 years related work experience
  • Hands-on experience with SDN platforms such as Cisco ACI or SD-Access, along with expertise in multi-cloud and hybrid networking architectures.
  • Proficiency in automation scripting, building CI/CD pipelines for network automation, and familiarity with AI-driven network analytics or intent-based networking solutions.
  • Certification Preferred: Cisco CCIE written or three CWNP Professional Certs or F5-CSE or Infoblox NIOS DDI Expert or Microsoft Azure AZ-305 or more advanced certifications

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement enterprise-scale LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and multi-domain network topologies with high availability and security, including integration of cloud VPC/VNet connectivity with on-premises resources.
  • Perform advanced capacity planning and QoS modeling, develop automation scripts for forecasting and optimization, and ensure scalability through proactive performance analysis.
  • Lead complex migrations, cutovers, and rollouts across data centers and cloud environments, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and minimizing service disruption.
  • Develop and enforce engineering standards, publish reusable templates, and review peer designs for compliance with enterprise architecture patterns and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership during escalations to restore critical services, mentor engineers on advanced architectures and automation practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives such as leveraging AI-driven network analytics for proactive issue resolution.
