TNCC personnel provide Tier II customer service support to US ARMY INSCOM customers. Responsible for providing software support to CISCO routers and switches, Dell PCs, Sun Servers, Juniper routers, In-Line Encryption (INE) devices, network security appliances and other related network hardware.
Requirements
- Clearance Requirements: TS/SCI (eligible)
- Note: a US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top Secret Clearance
- Educational Requirement: None
- IAT-2: GSEC, or Security + CE, or SSCP, or CCNA- Security, CCNA, or CCENT
- 5 years of experience configuring, operating, and troubleshooting networks.
