About The Position

BlueWater Federal is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support DISA operations in the Columbus, OH area. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree is preferred
  • 2+ years of IT experience, preferably within telecom provisioning
  • Must have an active Secret clearance.
  • May require mandatory schedule change based on operational requirements, resulting in a swing shift/second shift schedule (Example: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.)

Responsibilities

  • Initial customer interactions and follow through of service orders.
  • Enter the service request details into DISA Storefront (DSF) to initiate a telecommunications service request.
  • Perform customer interaction with exceptional service before/after DISA Storefront (DSF) entry.
  • Engage with the customer to provide assistance if the service request is incomplete or requirements are unclear.
