About The Position

The Network Data Analytics Senior Analyst is responsible for maintaining, analyzing, and optimizing provider and network data to support Retail Compliance and Network Operations within the Supply Chain organization. This role leverages advanced data analytics and automation using tools such as Excel, SQL, R, and Python to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and operational efficiency. The Senior Analyst partners closely with cross‑functional teams to solve complex business problems, enhance workflows, and support strategic initiatives, while independently managing projects from concept through implementation with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Analysis or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with data analysis and programming skills, including expertise in MS Office applications, SQL, R, and/or Python.
  • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to perform complex data analysis and advanced problem‑solving.
  • Demonstrated success in solving challenging problems and delivering strong results.
  • Highly analytical and organized; able to lead projects with minimal supervision and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with matrix partners including Supply Chain, Compliance, Legal, and IT.
  • Ability to prepare and present concepts and proposals to all levels of management.
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

Responsibilities

  • Perform professional‑level activities within the Provider Data job family.
  • Maintain accurate and timely provider and network data across claims and provider databases, ensuring synchronization and adherence to business requirements across multiple business regions.
  • Participate in system testing and analysis to support new functionality, system processes, and business rule changes.
  • Use analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and develop automation tools that reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement algorithms and processes to support data analysis initiatives within the Network Operations department.
  • Manage and maintain provider and network information, ensuring data integrity and interoperability.
  • Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights using tools such as Excel, R, and Python.
  • Own projects from initial concept through system implementation and ongoing maintenance.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to junior team members within Provider Validation, as needed.
