General Job Summary Responsible for the operational phase of the institution’s voice and data communications, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across all branches, departmental offices, and cloud services. Operates and optimizes LAN/WAN/SD ‑ WAN, enterprise Wi ‑ Fi, Internet/MPLS/LTE links, VPN (site ‑ to ‑ site and remote access), IP telephony/SIP/UC, and secure connectivity with cloud providers (OCI and AWS). Ensures policy compliance, audit support, and continuous improvement under ITIL practices and cybersecurity best practices.
