About The Position
The Network Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and serving as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders. This role involves conducting data analysis, defining key performance indicators, identifying areas for process optimization, and ensuring effective communication of business needs across teams.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, including gathering and documenting business requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and identifying trends or insights.
- Strong expertise in Cisco Products.
- Experience with Business Processes, including process optimization and improvement
- Effective Communication skills to liaise between technical teams and stakeholders
- Understanding of project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall is beneficial
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred

- Experience in relevant industries is a plus
