JOB REQUIREMENTS Excellent problem-solving skills College Degree with experience preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong work history Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching Active Directory Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired Knowledge of administrating and maintaining all the relevant technologies: VMWare Vsphere SAN or storage virtualization servers using iSCSI Dell and HP server hardware Cisco, Enterasys/Extreme, Barracuda and Aruba hardware Microsoft applications IP infrastructure JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The primary responsibilities of the position will include: Administering the operation of all LAN/WAN-related network services according to company policies and procedures Coordinating and implementing network software and hardware upgrade Troubleshooting and resolving LAN/WAN performance, connectivity and related network problems Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems Work with vendors to resolve complex network problems Determine plan layout for new hardware or modifications to existing layout Work as a team member with other technical staff to ensure high-quality support services to end users Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the network Document network problems and resolutions for future reference Participate in our on-call rotation. Other duties as assigned Additional responsibilities may include: Assist personnel of other departments as a computer resource Oversee the installation of hardware and software Provide on-the-job training to new department staff members Qualified candidates, please forward your resume for confidential consideration. Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
