Under the direction of the SVP / Information Technology is responsible for the Credit Union's enterprise network infrastructure. Primary Responsibilities: Designs/implements/manages a diverse network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, routers. Assists in penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, application, and infrastructure security assessments. Develop, manages, and implements network initiatives derived from the needs of the business. Establishes and evaluates network performance issues including availability, utilization, configuration, testing of equipment, defining network policies and procedures. Troubleshoots network and system issues throughout the layers. Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating and installing enhancements. Works closely with all IT functional areas to design and implement operational requirements for new and existing systems. Maintains documentation of network equipment. Proactively recommends software and hardware enhancements. Helps maintain the Credit Union's security posture and cyber security operations by communicating potential risks, assisting with security initiatives, and participating in the Incident Response Program. Participate in rotating on-call schedule providing after-hours coverage/support, including weekends, holidays, and nights. Irregular hours may be required on occasion based on business needs.
