AS A VALUABLE CONTRIBUTOR TO OUR VISION, YOU WILL: Own the network infrastructure: Set up and maintain network hardware and software assets. Provide end-user support and training: Serve as a “super-user” and “train-the-trainer” for IT processes and documentation. Maintain security and reliability: Enforce Acceptable Use Policy, maintain telephony assets, and ensure a secure environment for all company data. Support disaster recovery: Maintain and update the Disaster Recovery Plan. Collaborate across teams: Assist ERP Administrator when needed and contribute to IT strategy planning. Drive efficiency: Evaluate and recommend changes to meet organizational needs and improve system performance. Administer Office 365 and other critical systems.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of IT experience with strong knowledge of Windows environments.
  • Certifications such as MCP, MCSA, or MCSE.
  • Advanced working knowledge of ERP software (Epicor preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills for documentation and training.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Windows Server and SQL Server a plus.
  • Experience in ISO 9001:2015 environments preferred.
