About The Position

A Day in the Life You log in and start your day catching up with your mentor on the NetSuite configuration challenge you've been working through, getting valuable insights on best practices before diving into your client work. Your morning kicks off with a requirements gathering session where you collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their inventory management needs, meticulously documenting workflows in detailed process maps and translating business requirements into comprehensive functional specifications. Midday finds you deep in the system, configuring custom fields and workflows for one client while running data migration scripts for another. For every change you make, you update the configuration workbook with precise details, field mappings, validation rules, and dependencies, ensuring nothing is left to memory. You troubleshoot a CSV import issue, document the root cause and resolution steps for the team knowledge base, then prepare thoroughly annotated validation reports for the afternoon's client review. Your afternoon shifts to a client training session where you guide end users through their new procurement workflows, capturing their feedback in detailed meeting notes and updating the training documentation in real-time. Between sessions, you refine the user guides you've created, complete with screenshots and step-by-step instructions that will serve as the client's ongoing reference materials. As a growing NetSuite professional, you understand that exceptional documentation is the backbone of successful implementations. Whether you're creating data dictionaries, writing test scripts, maintaining project wikis, or building comprehensive runbooks, your clear and thorough documentation ensures seamless knowledge transfer and long-term project success. You end your day having contributed not just to multiple client implementations, but to a robust library of reusable documentation that elevates the entire team's delivery capabilities.
