About The Position
Primary responsibilities to include: providing on-site, remote, and telephone support as needed. Qualified candidates must be bright, self-motivated and detail oriented. Remote when not visiting client in the northern and central NJ area
Requirements
- Candidate must have a car
- At least four years professional experience
- Strong operating knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Desktop/Server)
- Strong technical knowledge of networking, wireless, peripherals, backup solutions, mobile devices (iOS, Android, Blackberry), etc.
- Professional, friendly, and articulate
- An ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Nice To Haves
- Microsoft technical certifications (MCSA, MCSE, MCSM, etc.)
- Undergraduate degree in computer sciences
- A+ certifications
- Mac OS
