Requirements

  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of NetSuite experience, including item-master or inventory data management and end-user support.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite & RF-Smart or similar warehouse-mobility tools.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large datasets.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, training, and communication skills—able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% for on-site training and support.

Nice To Haves

  • Superior communication & stakeholder skills
  • Proven ability to translate between technical and non-technical teams—writing clear requirements, leading workshops, and presenting solutions verbally and in writing.
  • Deep NetSuite configuration & customization expertise
  • Proficiency configuring core ERP modules (Financials, CRM, Inventory), plus building workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.
  • SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics & SuiteScript familiarity

Responsibilities

  • Item Master Data Management
  • Own creation, maintenance, and governance of item records across all subsidiaries, locations, and business units.
  • Enforce naming conventions, categories, units of measure, costing methods, and other critical attributes.
  • Audit regularly for duplicates, inconsistencies, or outdated entries, and remediate data issues.
  • Manage item lifecycles: new requests, modifications, discontinuations, and reactivations.
  • NetSuite & RF-Smart Support
  • Serve as primary point of contact for end-user questions in NetSuite and RF-Smart (picking, cycle counts, receipts).
  • Troubleshoot data-entry, navigation, saved searches, permissions, and mobile scanning workflows.
  • Configure and maintain RF-Smart settings; liaise with third-party support for escalations.
  • Deliver quick-reference guides, screen-walkthroughs, and hands-on demos.
  • Training, Travel & Documentation
  • Travel regularly (up to 25% of the time) to on-site facilities in TN/GA to deliver in-person NetSuite and RF-Smart training.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive SOPs, user guides, and training materials for both systems.
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and ensure knowledge transfer to local super-users.
  • Process Leadership & Collaboration
  • Act as liaison between operations, supply chain, procurement, finance, IT, and RF-Smart partners.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives—product launches, catalog updates, system migrations, and supply-chain planning—by delivering accurate data and system configurations.
  • Partner with NetSuite admins/developers to design workflows, scripts, and automations that streamline data and scanning processes.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Build and maintain saved searches, dashboards, and reports to monitor data quality, system usage, and scanning performance.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities (CSV imports, templates, RF-Smart enhancements) to reduce manual effort.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements for data and system access.
