About The Position

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive NetSuite Administrator to manage and continuously improve our NetSuite ERP platform. This role is central to Tract’s operational infrastructure, supporting core functions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the system meets evolving business needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements that drive efficiency and scalability. You’ll also lead technical initiatives such as integrations with third-party tools, data migrations, and system upgrades, while maintaining strong documentation and governance practices. This is a hands-on role with strategic impact, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience
Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and project management abilities

Nice To Haves

Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics is preferred
NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for NetSuite
Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, dashboards, and customizations
Support finance, operations, and other teams with reporting, troubleshooting, and process improvements
Lead system upgrades, integrations, and data migrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions
Maintain system documentation and ensure data integrity and security
Train users and provide ongoing support to maximize adoption and efficiency
