About The Position

NFF is seeking a .NET SME for an existing development project with one of our premier DC Customers. This position is for someone with experience in ETL, Back-End, Front-End, application design, and development. This is a very high level position and this candidate needs to be familiar with structured development methodologies and Agile methodology along with release management techniques. The candidate must have experience with software development within the .net framework and real time systems programming languages, software testing/quality assurance, proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB.Net, and JavaScript. Additionally, the candidate must be proficient with ASP.NET MVC 5, responsive design and Web API. The candidate must also be an excellent communicator capable of leveraging technical and business comprehension tocommunicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Requirements

16+ years' experience with Software Development Lifecycle.
16+ years' experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
16+ years' Enterprise level .NET experience.
Expert level experience in documenting business processes and flow.
Experience aligning IT strategy and planning with the company's business goals.
Experience delivering highly scalable architecture solution that supports mobile and web environements.
Experienced in web technologies with mobile app design experience.
Understanding of relational databases and strong SQL skills.
Experience with large complex data sets

Responsibilities

Provides assessments of technical and operational practices based on leading industrystandards specific to the requested technology.
Develops technical applications to support users.
Develops,implements, maintains and enforces documented standards and procedures for the design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of assigned systems.
Provides training for system products and procedures to other technical resources as needed.
Performs application upgrades.
Performs,monitoring, maintenance, or reporting on real- time databases, real-timenetwork and serial data communications, and real-time graphics and logic applications.
Trouble shoots system issues as needed.
Ensures project life-cycle is in compliance with District standards and procedures.
