The .NET Developer will be conversant in all technical areas of the program and will ensure those efforts are well integrated and support the overall goals of the program. The .NET Developer will possess the ability to communicate at all levels, including government leads, key stakeholders, and executive sponsors. As an .NET Developer, you will play a major role in developing, deploying, and supporting our customer’s internal business web application. Most of the time, you will be tasked with creating customizations for the web application, building enhancements and new features. When the situation presents itself, you’ll be part of the project team that defines, develops and deploys new capabilities. Have broad understanding with the following areas: software development (both green field and refactoring), enterprise operations, DevSecOps, cloud environments, security compliance, and human centered design. Have deep knowledge and experience in at least one of these areas (preferably more). Application Developers understand internal processes and what it takes to keep websites running at speed in fast-paced, dynamic environments. In this role, you'll focus on solving complex problems and creating value for application users by building solutions that are reliable and enhance the overall user experience. Supports a high-tempo, agile development environment with continuous bug remediation and enhancements in various stages of execution. Supports the ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the publicly-facing web applications, systems and subsystems utilizing technologies including customized web parts, C#, JavaScript/jQuery, JSON, SharePoint API, SharePoint Workflow, Telerik, Spire, CSS, HTML, XML, PowerShell, Visual Studio, CAML, LINQ, SQL, and AJAX. Designs, develops, enhances, tests, documents, debugs, and implements software enhancements and changes, based on stakeholder requirements and following Federal, industry, and client-specific standards to ensure security compliance. Supports and troubleshoot SharePointServer Farm, SharePoint Workflow, IIS web servers, SQL Server database, Active Directory (AD), streaming media server, content delivery system, account management system, notification system, registration system, and dual-factor authentication system. Creates, manages, and deploys code packages utilizing Visual Studio following established change and release management processes.
