We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled .NET Developer (AI) to join our innovative and dynamic team. Candidates should be located in Coppell, Texas, and be able to be onsite 2-3 days per week. As a .NET Developer (AI), you are responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-grade applications that seamlessly integrate advanced AI capabilities. You thrive on solving complex technical challenges and transforming ideas into intelligent, scalable solutions. You are passionate about leveraging cutting-edge AI techniques, such as prompt engineering, context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vectorization, to build agents that enhance workflows and drive measurable business impact. You embrace innovation, stay ahead of emerging technologies, and collaborate across teams to ensure every solution is practical, future-ready, and high-performing.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software development using .NET and C# for enterprise-grade applications.
  • At least 9 months of hands-on experience building AI solutions and intelligent agents on Microsoft platforms.
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM-based architectures for AI-driven applications.
  • Proficiency in cloud-native development including RESTful APIs, microservices, and Microsoft Azure services.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, or Semantic Kernel Framework.
  • Knowledge of NLP, generative AI, and conversational agent design.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Azure or AI-related technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enterprise-grade applications and services using .NET and C# with a focus on scalability and performance.
  • Architect and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Agent Framework.
  • Build and deploy intelligent agents that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems, workflows, and external APIs, including tool orchestration and action planning.
  • Apply advanced AI techniques such as prompt engineering, context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vectorization to optimize agent behavior and outputs.
  • Implement memory management strategies and state tracking to support autonomous decision-making.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to deliver innovative, high-impact solutions.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in AI, machine learning, and software engineering.
