Since 2005, we have partnered with some of the largest healthcare, life sciences, financial services, and government entities across the globe. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Business Architect to join our innovative and dynamic team. As a Business Architect, you are responsible for assessing business processes, capabilities, and data flows to identify governance gaps and operational risks. You translate business needs into target-state architectures that embed data policies, roles, standards, and accountability into the broader business strategy. You guide stakeholders on aligning data‑management practices with organizational goals to strengthen data quality, compliance, and trust. You work across functions to define current‑ and future‑state processes, evaluate the relationship between ERP and enterprise data‑management approaches, and shape foundational master‑data use cases. You ensure that business decisions, requirements, and recommendations support scalable governance and the long-term maturity of data capabilities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or business process and capability design.
  • Strong understanding of data governance practices, master data management concepts, and data‑quality frameworks.
  • Experience assessing and modeling business capabilities, value streams, and end‑to-end process flows.
  • Ability to translate complex business operations into clear architectures, diagrams, and actionable recommendations.
  • Effective facilitator with experience leading cross‑functional workshops and alignment sessions.
  • Experience evaluating ERP-driven processes and comparing them with enterprise data‑platform or MDM capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assess current‑state business processes, capabilities, and data flows to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to document future‑state processes and refine business requirements for data‑management and MDM use cases.
  • Partner with technical teams to define data policies, business rules, stewardship workflows, and quality expectations.
  • Develop and socialize target-state architectures that embed standards, accountability, and governance into business operations.
  • Analyze differences between ERP processes and centralized data‑management solutions to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Document requirements, decisions, and business impacts to support delivery teams and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
