Infosys is seeking a .NET Core Lead Developer - This position’s primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and coordinate for day-to-day deliverables for the team stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of Information Technology experience. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations. Experience in .NET development with strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, WCF, Windows Services, and ORM tools. Expertise in SQL Server and database design. Familiarity with JavaScript and front-end integration. Knowledge of Azure cloud services and cloud-based application development. Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns. Experience with SVN, Git, and Agile methodologies. Preferred Skills Experience with ASP.NET Core, Microservices, and REST APIs. Exposure to Unit Testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit). Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot). Knowledge of NitroPDF integration. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud-native development. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
