Note: This is a production support with limited (20-25 %) of development related work. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical support for application issues. Lead major incidents until closure, Perform RCA’s and Analyze and recommend corrective solutions Provide technical solutions to the Jr team members while triaging the incidents and service request Provide root cause analysis for repeated issues Responsible for maintaining .Net, VB and Angular applications using Client standard practices and techniques. Responsible for ensuring tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner. Responsible for documenting and communicating application design, topologies, and architecture of the existing business applications and debugging the same.
