In this role, you'll work closely with our Development team to advance your technical skills and contribute to solutions that support our policyholders, producers and internal teams. This position is responsible for analysis, design, development, and maintenance of small to large scale, complex projects supporting our current and future information systems, dynamic websites, and business processes and strategies. The selected individual will work with multiple technology stacks to code elegant and innovative solutions to drive business value in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET Development
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems, design scalable solutions, and approach challenges with creativity and sound engineering judgment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions, document technical decisions, and collaborate effectively across teams
• Demonstrated initiative and ownership, with a track record of driving projects from concept to delivery with minimal oversight
• Highly adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a fast‑paced, collaborative engineering environment

Nice To Haves

• Advanced proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem
• Strong background in object ‑ oriented analysis and design, including design patterns and architectural principles
• Expertise in SQL and relational database design, including performance tuning and schema optimization
• Experience with front ‑ end development using JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, and modern frameworks such as Vue.js
