Overview The Events Coordinator is a key member of NERA’s Events Team within the firm’s Business Development and Marketing function. This role is responsible for supporting the planning and seamless execution of a broad range of events—including internal meetings, client-facing engagements, and virtual, in-house, and offsite events—to support business development and the promotion of firmwide initiatives by delivering engaging and impactful event experiences, and foster client relationships. The Events Coordinator reports directly to the Senior Specialist of Events and may also receive assignments from the Events Manager, who is the Senior Specialist’s supervisor. This reporting structure ensures close guidance and collaboration while offering opportunities to contribute to broader event management initiatives.
