Requirements

• Active KS license (or willing to obtain)
• BC/BE in Neonatal -Perinatal Medicine
• BC in Pediatrics
• DEA
• Clean Record (highly preferred)
• Fellowship -trained in Neonatal -Perinatal Medicine
